changethis.com manifesto proposal...

I've submitted another proposal to changethis.com.

I wrote a Client Brief a while ago called Creating Employee Evangelists - "re-imaging the grapevine".

With a few tweaks it should make a good manifesto - it shows real examples of where we've used new communication channels such as podcasting, wikis, RSS feeds etc. to add value to some of our customers' internal projects.

Please go and vote for it here - http://www.changethis.com/proposals/603

You can download Client Briefings from our website - you'll need to register (that's permission marketing for you!)

Chemistry Communications Group plc acquire (and love) PDG Graphics Ltd...

A bit of interesting news to push out to you guys... interesting to see if it gets picked up by anyone / how it compares to the traditional PR stuff that's happening over the next few weeks.

Business as usual here...

"the more things change, the more they stay the same"

...but some fantastic opportunities ahead.

-------------------------------------------

The Directors of Chemistry Communications Group plc are pleased to announce the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Bearpark Publishing Limited("Bearpark") a specialist IT media company and PDG Graphics Limited ("PDG") an integrated marketing agency specialising in digital solutions.

Joe Garton, CEO of Chemistry Communications, commented:

"We are delighted to welcome Bearpark and PDG to the Group. These high quality profitable businesses will both broaden our range of services and significantly strengthen our capabilities, particularly in the IT/digital arena.

We look forward to working with the management teams and their staff and we are confident that the acquisitions will provide opportunities for revenue growth between the Group agencies. The directors feel that these acquisitions together with the existing core business of Chemistry Communications provide a strong basis for considering a move to the AIM market some time next year. "

The directors will be appointing a nomad and broker to advise them on this in the near future.

Roll on 2006 - it's going to be great...
