David Coe, account director for PDG, said: "KarmaZone is a new 'virtual area' to show off some of our marketing intelligence. The first two pieces we've made available are 'top tips' on e-newsletters and the PDG viewpoint on 'integrated e-marketing solutions'. Once you create your security account you'll join a special gang of customers with a 'VIP, access all areas' pass.
"It's also a space where people can go to relax - get some 'business enlightenment' and just chill out for a bit. We quite fancy encouraging a bit of peer-to-peer bonding amongst our customers - so we'll probably be testing some other sorts of online collaboration such as wikis and blogs next year."
Content will be dynamic and will evolve to meet customer requirements - just like PDG.
